    We will do our best to process your membership within a month from the date we receive your application and and Application Fee.

    1. Send in your:
      1. MC Application
      2. Your Application Fee, made out to Midwest Chaplains.
      3. A copy of your Driver’s License
      4. Your Letters of Endorsement
      5. A Letter of Appointment (from the agency you will be working with).
    2. Schedule an Interview with MC Staff
    3. MC will do a criminal background check on you.
    4. Email MC your web content for your personal web site
    5. Email a photo to be used for your ID Card and Personal Web Page
    6. Letter of Acceptance will be sent to you by mail.

    Note: Your Annual Membership Fee of $100 is not due until January 1st. (Note: Application Fee is different then Annual Membership Fee.)
