Chaplain Wendy Lowry

Wendy Lowry moved to Minneapolis, MN in 1999 to work for Minnesota Teen Challenge. Since 2000, each month Wendy has visited an average of forty adult correctional facilities to help inmates find a true relationship with God and to assist as many as she can to join Teen Challenge as an option to going to prison. Her passion is helping those incarcerated and other hopeless addicts to find peace with God and freedom from the lifestyle that is destroying them.

Wendy has been a licensed minister with International Ministerial Fellowship headquartered in Fridley, Minnesota, since 2002 and is a member of Celebration Church in Lakeville, MN. She lives with her husband, Kevin, in Burnsville, MN and can be reached at: (612)270-3733 or wjtorkelson@msn.com .
