Pastor Dwight grew up in the Twin City area and graduated from Crown College with an Associate of Arts degree. He then graduated from Grace Bible College with a Bachelor of Theology with honor. Dwight has been married to his wife, Darlene, for over 27 years and they have four children. They had a burden to share the gospel overseas and followed God’s call and spent 20 years serving as missionary church planters in Australia with Grace Ministries International.
In 2003, they moved back to Minnesota, where they felt God’s call to minister with Bethesda Church in Prior Lake, MN. Pastor Dwight served as Associate Pastor from June 2004-July 2008. He now is seeking a full time chaplaincy position in the Twin City area. He is an ordained minister with the Grace Gospel Fellowship, Grand Rapids, Michigan (www.ggfusa.org).
As a former missionary/church planter and pastor with 20 years experience in Australia, Dwight has extensive experience in preaching, teaching, counseling and ministries of guiding and helping people grow. Dwight has done many different things that help him relate to many different people of different backgrounds. They had people from many different cultures and countries in the churches he planted and pastored. Dwight is a people person and very sensitive to the needs of people, problem solving and how to put them at ease and communicate with them.
Dwight and his family are all very active at Bethesda Church, in Prior Lake, MN. Dwight has enjoyed volunteering at Nursing homes and assisted living homes and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and seeks to do more chaplain work on full-time basis.
