    Chaplain Deb Weaver

    Deb Weaver has served as a corporate chaplain for the last six years.  She provides pastoral care for three of the largest employers in the Alexandria area (Douglas Machine, Alexandria Extrusion and ITW Heartland).  “All of us go through times of challenge and change, joy and sorrow.  It is at those times that we need someone with a listening ear and a caring heart.  That is why I am here; to help give personal and spiritual care to the employees I serve.”  Debra’s words of encouragement and guidance are based on the life principles found in the world’s all-time best-selling book, the Bible.  Debra has been married to her husband, Tracy, for twenty-five years and they have four children.  Those who know Debra affirm that she is a woman of wisdom, discernment and compassion.
