    Your Application Fee is $25 (Processing Fee) and a prorated fee determined by how many months remain in the calendar year X $10. Annual Membership fee is $100 after the first year, and due by February 1st.

    If your Application is being submitted in January you should send an Application Fee of $120

    The Annual Membership Fee of $100 and due January 1st. We do give a grace period of one month (February 1st) before your membership is canceled, at which time you would have to restart your Application Process again.
